Position Description:

NowPow is seeking an Account Manager to join our New York based Customer Success team. The Account Manager plays a vital role in the NowPow customer journey and lifecycle. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders within each account, cultivating robust adoption of NowPow technology, driving ongoing utilization, increasing customer satisfaction, performing renewal and retntion responsibilities and overseeing ecosystem building needed to grow markets.
